November 10, 2024 Melee Practice - Gilchrest

November 10, 2024 - I had organized another Gilchrest practice but suffered an injury the week beforehand and couldn't attend (I'm much better now!).  Sir Felix ended up running this practice where he did the following:

1. 2 v. 1 rotation drills

2. Field Battles (run 8 times)

3. Unlimited resurrection, limited front battle

4. 3 lives/2 deaths limited front battle

5. 9-minute woods battle

Teams were divided pretty evenly NC+VA vs MD+DC.

Sir Felix also did much more individualized training and drills with optional homework than I do.
